- Platform changes/outages/approvals (e.g., WhatsApp templates) may affect service and are outside your control
Fees & billing
- Setup fees, per-message / per-platform charges, currency/exchange rate handling, taxes
- Quotas/threshold alerts are "best effort"; billing responsibility remains with customer
- Non-payment, low balance, payment failure handling (restriction/suspension)
Customer data & content
